No, a referral is not required prior to an appointment, but it is advisable to check with your insurance company prior to an appointment if you plan to submit any receipts for reimbursement. What should I wear? Most clients remove all their clothing, except underwear and at all times they are fully covered by a sheet. The therapist only uncovers the body part being worked on at a particular time. However the therapist will work within your comfort level and may work thru clothing.
