I have been working as a registered massage therapist since graduating in 2001 from the Canadian Therapeutic College with honors as a registered massage therapist.

Using a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, I have gained experience in treating various conditions including whiplash, headaches, back pain, tendonitis, sports injuries, stress reduction, and pre/post natal concerns.

Attending births as a Doula and providing pre/post natal massage therapy has been a very rewarding aspect of my practice. My belief is if a woman feels supported and nurtured throughout her pregnancy the transition into motherhood is a positive experience.

I believe that massage therapy is beneficial to all aspects of healing and I am dedicated to continuing my education to better meet my clients’ needs.
